Q: I need assembly instructions for my bed/wardrobe – do you have copies?
A: All product assembly instructions are located on our website www.julian-bowen.co.uk – to access please enter the product name in the search bar, click search and follow the link where you will find the assembly instructions attached to each product. Alternatively, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@julian-bowen.co.uk
Q: My furniture has arrived but there are no fittings, what should I do?
A: Fittings are placed inside the carton and are attached to a red plastic tape some of which is left visible on the outside of the carton for identification purposes. Please check all cartons/packaging with care, if no fittings are found please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@julian-bowen.co.uk
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?
A: In the event you are not happy with your order, please contact the stockist with whom you placed your order. They will be able to arrange a return, replacement or parts depending on the problem.
Q: How can I place my order?
A: If you are a trade customer, you can place your order by logging into your trade account on site, or by email to sales@julian-bowen.co.uk.
If you are a consumer, click on the handy google search link on any product page to be shown a choice of retail sites where you can buy our products!
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order by logging in to your trade account on site, alternatively, please contact our Sales Team on 01623 727374 to pay for your order by card, or if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, contact our Accounts Team on 01623 727374 who will provide relevant bank details.
Q: How do I find out about stock availability?
A: If you are a trade customer, you can check stock by logging into your trade account on site. If you don't have an account, please contact our Sales Team at sales@julian-bowen.co.uk to receive a daily stock feed.
